Modeling and Simulation of Fuzzy and Time Petri nets:Toward a Binary Coded Robot Route (BiCRoR) Algorithm
Abstract
Abstract
With the growing complexity of the development of robotic systems, it is not easy to model and simulate behaviors of such structures. Petri nets (PNs) are optimal for design and implementation of these systems due to their graphical and mathematical properties. The Binary Coded Robot Route (BiCRoR) algorithm is proposed as a self-navigating firefighting robot. By including timed intervals and fuzzy logic in a PN model of such algorithm, it is possible to simulate, assess, and communicate the process and reasoning of the robot’s algorithm and apply it to real world programming.
