    Abstract
    Abstract
High throughput screening methods for proteins with improved properties (thermostability, binding affinity, catalytic activity) require evaluating large, diverse combinatorial libraries. This project focuses on algorithms that create such synthetic libraries while minimizing the number of degenerate oligonucleotides necessary to assemble them.
