Designing new TCNJ general chemistry lab modules focused on student process skills

The progression of college-level chemistry education has transformed their focus with an emphasis on developing process skills in the general chemistry laboratory. However, the current general chemistry labs at TCNJ do not focus on process skills for the student body. Even before COVID, these labs were simple. In this study, with the reconstruction of these labs into formulated modules, important skills are assessed. Those are the skills that are needed for students to be successful in their scientific education. The focused project reviews and recreates TCNJ labs for general chemistry.
