    Abstract
    Abstract
The initial goal of this research was to correct the offset of the 5G microstrip antenna from 30 degrees to as close to 0 as possible. This was done by adding a U-Slot and miniaturizing the antenna to correct for frequency shift. After making changes, the offset of the antenna was able to be corrected to -5 degrees. While the values were still acceptable, the antenna did suffer a loss in both the return loss and the bandwidth compared to the original.
